Magnolia flowers are a challenge to photograph, usually with their messy backgrounds. I replaced the background with one of my sky images. Filter used is Topaz Van Gogh 1

Original image below, you are probably thinking how did I do that! I can't remember...lol   I was at the golf club today, these beauties are at the entrance of the club, treated with a Georgia O'Keefe filter in Topaz  Finding things around my home to photograph and thought the antler would be an interesting subject - it needed some painterly love!  When the photography is not great best to twirl. I've included the original image to show how miracles happen.   Lucky to have these white roses to photograph today. I believe these are from the Ranunculus family.  I did not go out today, I took a photo of a painting from Vietnam and used the Circular APP on my iPhone to create this abstract.  Before  Today, my dear friend Ann Pearson left us, this is dedicated to her for her loved of abstract and creative photography. We drove to the West Island to deliver home cooked meals to my parents, decided to visit our Golf Club, amazing conditions, we found out yesterday that the golf clubs can open, we are very happy. I took this in camera movement shot of the trees lined up near the entrance.  This little guy or gal was very intrigued at my camera lens getting closer, probably thinking who is crazy person!  |
