Found this interesting climber while waiting for the stop light to turn green (Rose-de-lima and Saint Jacques)
I was meeting my friend Cynthia for lunch at Time Out in the Eaton Center shopping mall today and found this very interesting decorative piece art made out of tree branches.
You will notice on the left side there is a tree filled with holes. Our local pileated woodpeckers are hard at work primarily in search of insect. Their favourite food is carpenter ants. They listen for ant activity in an old rotting tree and then pound away.
Birch Tree - We got 20 to 30 mm of freezing rain today, you'll notice some fog spots and background caused by abnormal low temperatures.
Another indoor project, I've got to get out more. I took a picture of my Lampshade and played around in the Rollworld App on my iPhone. I then used a preset in Lightroom to get an abstract feel. Below is the original lampshade image and a B/W version.
Took this shot while walking in my neighbourhood today. Love it when people decorate their outdoor trees with ornaments.
