An historic lighthouse built in the mid 1800's to help mariners make the transition from Lake St. Louis to the Lachine Canal. While on our way home from the West Island, we took Lakeshore Blvd and stopped to take the Lighthouse. To get a more dramatic look, I warmed up the image and replaced the sky with a sunset I took from my condo window looking west.

Is it an oak or beech tree, can anyone tell? Wendy from 365project.org challenged me to show some warmth, not sure it this fits the challenge. An oak tree from The Royal Montreal Golf Club grounds.
Experimenting - crystal ball on DVD sitting on a mirror as well as a DVD back of the crystal ball. Just having a ball!
Experimenting, crystal ball on a mirror with stripped background. Interesting that the mirrored image is so different. Added a Topaz Fur and Feathers filter.
Heading to the grocery store and stooped so low to take this shot that passersby were looking at me strangely. Jenn from 365project.org challenged me to take an image from an ant's perspective. Not great, will try again.
Another home project, pencils and a crystal ball, selected the ball, inversed and applied the wave filter in photoshop and ended with adding a Topaz filter.
Black and white background paper, a dvd disk and crystal ball, added a painterly effect in photoshop. Still need improvement, will try again.
